• EOC Retest #1 (For students who entered the 9 th grade in the Fall 2006 and after)
Only students who passed the course but did not receive a Level III or higher on the EOC will take the retest. Teachers will notify students/parents if they need to retest. The grade on the retest does not affect the student's final grade in the course. Rather, it allows the student another opportunity to meet the graduation requirements.
• Focused Intervention/Retest# 2 (In the event student fails required EOC)
If students do not make a Level III or higher on Retest #1, they will receive focused intervention on Tuesday, June 10 th following the first retest.
• Make-ups
All exams (except EOC retests noted above) must be taken by Wednesday, June 11. Any student missing an exam must have the permission of their grade level assistant principal/principal to make-up the exam.
• Early Release
On Early Release days (June 4, 5, 6 and 9), school ends and buses will depart at 12: 20 .
• Leaving Campus
Once students leave campus on an Early Release day, they may not return with a parent/guardian. Under no circumstances may they be on another campus on exam days. |
