Required Text Books for 2008-2009
Students will be required to purchase the following three books for use in class for the 2008-2009 school year. Click on the link for each title to order online. These books are also available locally at Burrage Music in Raleigh.

Registration Forms

To sign up for Marching Band, fill out and return all portions of this form to the Band Director. (This package included the medical form and a list of important dates.) |

You must fill out this form if you will be using a school-owned instrument for marching band. No instrument will be issued without this paperwork on file as well as the $25 rental fee. You may bring this form to the first rehearsal that you attend. |

|
You must fill out this form if you will be storing a personal instrument on school property or using a personal instrument for any band activities (concerts, football games, marching band competitions). No personal instruments can be stored in the bandroom or used in an activity without this paperwork on file. You may bring this form to the first rehearsal that you attend. |

A completed Medical Form is required for Marching Band. Fill out and return this form to the Band Director, along with your Registration Form. |

|
A completed WCPSS Photograph / Name Release for Web Site Development form is required for the band to put your name or photograph on the non-secured portion of the WFR Band website. Fill out and return this form to the Band Director, along with your registration materials. |

To receive reimbursement for approved purchases made on behalf of the band program or to have funds dispersed from your band account, fill out this form and return it to the Treasurer. |
