Emphasis is placed on student directed study and evaluation of a technological concept or application of technological tools. The assessment is structured to assure student identification of integrated science, mathematics, and language arts objectives. Students work on an individual or small group project under the guidance of a technology teacher with input and involvement from other vocational and/or academic teachers. Students investigate technological concepts and apply the tools of technology to better understand other fields of study. The topic(s) of study must be approved by the teacher.
